Gazetta (Copper, 28.5 mm, 7.76 g, 10 h), Decreed 17 June 1684 and 10 February 1691. ✶S•MARC• VEN✶ Half-length bust of the winged lion of S. Marco facing, holding Book of Gospel; in exergue, mark of value (II) flanked by stars. Rev. ✿/DALMA/ E•T/ ALBAN/✿ in five lines within simple dotted border. Gamberini 2052. Paolucci 796. Very appealing surfaces and in a condition scarcely encountered for this rapidly struck issue. Good very fine.
