Reverse margin "bismillah mimma amara bihil-amir al-hurr bin yusuf bil-mawsil" ("In the name of Allah, from what was ordered by the commander Al-Hurr bin Yusuf at Al-Mawsil"). W-930. Nice, fine to very fine. Very rare.
