French Oceania Bons de Caisse des Establissements Francais 2 Francs 7.4.1942 Pick 9 SB1308 PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ. A key note from the French Oceania series and this highest denomination issue is scarce in all grades. Currently this is the sole finest example in the PMG Population Report and the only one graded in uncirculated condition. Bold blue and black inks with excellent paper quality are present and this 2 francs example was previously held in the Warburton Collection.
