Guadeloupe Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre-Mer 5000 Francs ND (1960) Pick 40 PMG Very Fine 30. Surprisingly, VF 30 is the second highest grade only to a VF 35 in the PMG Population Report for this high denomination issue. Bold colors and sharp details can be easily seen on this grandly sized note, which has one of the best designs out of all issues produced in France. The repeating Guadeloupe place of issue is actually an overprint, as the same designs were used throughout French possessions and overseas departments.
