Romania Ministry of Finance 10 Lei ND (ca.1920) Pick 72pm and 72pp Printer Model and Progressive Proof PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ (2). This interesting lot contains two prototypes for this proposed banknote in the 1920 series, which ultimately went unissued. Completely original quality is seen on these uniface types, which show excellent embossing and paper. Interestingly, the Printer Model and Progressive Proof have different color schemes. The proof is matted to cardstock for rigidity. There is also an off-white sheet that includes a logo for the Ministry of Finance.
