Regensburg. Free City gold Ducat ND (1792-1803) UNC Details (Reverse Scratched) NGC, KM467, Fr-2571. With the name and titles of Franz II. A sharply executed strike yields expressive detailing throughout the planchet of this exceptionally watery and lustrous ducat. The noted "scratches" can be found inside the center orb, presumably done to cover up some prior imperfection. Highly appealing despite this relatively inconspicuous feature, and worthy of close inspection and consideration.
