Vittorio Emanuele III gold 100 Lire 1912-R MS63 PCGS, Rome mint, KM50, Fr-26. Mintage: 4,946. A lustrous and satiny example of this large high-relief gold denomination, the obverse a bright lemon-gold in color, the reverse a darker hue with only scattered contact marks defining the grade. Engraved and struck to an excellent standard, a type hardly ever encountered so fine as this and sure to garner a strong bid.
