Rare quality for this early Spanish issue, with light tan and golden tone over the lustrous, well-defined surfaces and few observed instances of handling. The error legend, reading HISPANIARAM instead of intended HISPANIARVM due to an inverted letter punch, should add another a layer of intrigue for the collector who derives pleasure from the sometimes imperfect nature of coinage production.
