Diademed head deified Alexander III right, wearing horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑXOΥ, Athena seated left, Nike crowning royal name in right hand, resting left arm on grounded shield decorated with lion head boss, transverse spear beyond; EYA monogram to inner left.
