AWADH:LOT of 25 copper coins of the Najibabad mint: Awadh issues (with fish): KM-111, light paisa with vertical fish (typically 4g to 8g), 14 pieces, including the dates AH1199, 1202, 1205, 1208, 1212, 1217, and 1219, average Fine condition; KM-"111x", heavy paisa or dam, AH1198 (18.46g) and 1199 (19.17g), both in nice VG condition; and KM-113, light paisa with horizontal fish, 5 pieces, of which all are contemporary imitations; and Rohilkhand issues (with stylized katar): KM-112, paisa of variable weight (here 11.8g to 18.08g), year 37, 1210 year 38, year 39, and 122x year 48; mostly VF condition; an impressive collection of the rare and seldom found copper coins of Najibabad; retail value $600, lot of 25 pieces.
