AYYUBID:LOT of 56 silver coins (33 dirhams, 20 half dirhams, and 3 squarish fractional dirhams), including examples of many different rulers: Main Branch: Saladin (4x), 'Uthman, Abu Bakr I, al-Kamil Muhammad I, Abu Bakr II, Ayyub, and Turanshah IV; Aleppo Branch: Ghazi I, al-'Aziz Muhammad, and Yusuf II; and the Damascus Branch: al-Afdal 'Ali, and Isma'il; some with mint & date, an interesting study group, average Fine condition, but some are quite nice; retail value $900, lot of 56 pieces.
