Obverse: Uniformed half-length bust of Simon Bolivar facing right, legend around; Reverse: Warrior in ancient garb at left and Minerva on right, flanking globe and holding laurel wreaths, legend around. Issued by the city of Chuquisaca. A sharply struck and lustrous example with well defined details and a thin veneer of champagne tone. A handsome piece with plenty of flash and good eye appeal certain to catch the attention of the discerning collector.
