Obverse: Helmeted and draped bust right, holding cruciform scepter; Reverse: Voided short cross, with pellet-in-annulet at center and triple crescent ends; annulet in first quarter. An immensely attractive example of this type, RARELY encountered so pleasing. The strike is bold and even, as well as being well centered on a flan of good metal. Additionally, it has developed an alluring cabinet tone, further augmenting its charm. Undoubtedly, a specimen which will garner a good deal of attention and spirited bidding.
