Wilski-Tim.02. Crude illegible Arabic script countermark applied to a 1662-B France 1/12 Ecu (5 Sols) of Louis XIIII (XIV). An interesting issue that complements the genuine example also in this sale. Countermark unevenly applied missing the portion where the date should be. A wholesome lightly toned example that would be a neat addition to a collection of Islamic coinage.
