Fr-179; KM-Y-64. A RARE Proof of the type, obviously meticulously produced, with deep reflective qualities in the fields and cameo-producing frost atop Nicholas II's bust and the reverse eagle. Several razor-thin scratches on the obverse, most notable being one that runs from the legend at 4 o'clock to just beneath Nicholas II's bust, result in the "details" assignment from NGC.
