Argus Co. Salisbury issue at left and right ends. Red cursive specimen overprint seen across center, with red cancellation stamps at both ends. Perforated cancelled. Seen printed in pale tan ink. Obverse displays S.B.S.A.L. printed in dark green ink. An exceedingly rare Specimen type, seen in a pleasing mid-grade state of preservation. We believe this note may be the only example left in existence. PMG comments "Pinholes" which can be found in the margin.
