A difficult State Credit Note from 1892 Russia and the first we have handled of this variety in quite some time. Most examples of this type are typically found in much worse condition, so the faintly circulated and fully original 50EPQ grade is most welcomed. With only two certified examples on the PMG population report, this is the finest known.
