Printed by Waterlow & Sons. Without any Hearn or Pick listing in the books, it is quite possible this is a unique example. Green and yellow sunburst with a faint purple-brownish seal at right. The PMG holder 62 uncirculated with comments "PVC, Overprint Redrawn" which is negligible on examples this nice. A Brittania can be seen at left holding the flag and shield with a turreted maiden at center on the reverse.
