(57x80mm) Obverse: Carnot's draped body with wreaths below and robed female in mourning standing at side, above a view of Fourvieres Basilica at Lyon; in exergue, DANS LE DEUIL DE LA PATRIE (in the mourning of the fatherland); Reverse: Coffin being carried to the Pantheon in Paris; legend in five lines to right. Edges: BRONZE and 15 in square incuse (silvered bronze version); and BRONZE (bronze version). A delightful pair paying homage to the assassinated French president.
