90 gms. 56.5 mm. Three Graces on the obverse, inscription ECOLE NATIOle DES BEAUX ARTS / ARCHITECTURE / RENDU /PREMIERE MEDAILLE / Mr. WINKOOP / 1906 - 1907 on the reverse. By E. Gatteaux. Edge inscribed (cornucopia) 1 ARGENT. Choice reflective dark pearl gray patina with splashes of multi-color iridescence enhancing both sides. Housed in a fitted, hinged, red leather and fabric case of Parisian engraver V. Augier - which, although of the correct period, is probably not original to this medal.
