Obverse: Bull standing right; lion-tipped standard inscribed GR in background, buildings in distance; Reverse: River god reclining right, holding rudder and resting elbow upon overturned urn from which liquid flows; in background, ship under sail left. A boldly designed type, this piece features a massive bull representing the strength of George III along with a personification of the Scheldt River. Charming red-brown surfaces, with some darker highlights.
