Honeycutt-322; Basso-166. Mintage: 1,500.47 gms. Tthick planchet. Struck to commemorate the establishment of the Executive Council. Obverse: Busts of Laurel and Vargas facing each other, legend around, date below; Reverse: Katipunan symbol, inscription on each side of triangle. Medal exhibits good luster, endowed with very dark brown patina throughout, and is RARE in this grade. A few handling marks are visible between facing busts.
