POLAND. Polonia Restituta Order Breast Star, Instituted 1921. EXTREMELY FINE.
77.5 mm. Barac- 198; Werlich- 1019. Eight-pointed multi-rayed silver plaque with blue and white enameled medallions at the center. The outer medallion lettered POLONIA / RESTITVTA and the inner white medallion with a P R monogram. Plaque lustrous on the front and matte on the back where there is a maker's medallion of Spink and Son Ltd. of London. A couple tiny surface chips to the white enamel. Missing the moving bar of the hinged tunic pin, otherwise complete and very presentable.
