Divus Romulus (son of Maxentius). Died A.D. 309. Æ follis. 6.86 gm. 27 mm. Rome mint, 4th officina. Struck under Maxentius, circa A.D. 310-311. His bare head right; DIVO ROMVLO N V BIS CONS / Domed shrine with right door ajar; on dome, eagle standing right, head left; AETERNAE MEMORIAE REQ. RIC VI 257. Extremely Fine; red patina with traces of silvering on smooth fresh surfaces. Struck and well centered on a very broad flan with the outer circle present on both sides. Exceptional example.
