LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 325-275 BC. AR Diobol (11.5mm, 1.21 g, 1h). Head of Apollo Karneios left; [ΣA below chin] / Barley ear with leaf to right; owl and grasshopper above leaf, Π below. Johnston F7; HN Italy 1601. Attractive dark iridescent tone, scratches on obverse. Good VF.
