Bareheaded and draped bust left / AFRICA, S C in exergue, Africa, wearing elephant skin headdress, reclining left on rock, holding scorpion and cornucopia; basket of grain ears at feet. RIC II.3 1618 var. (bust type); RIC II 841 var. (same). Brown patina, roughness, scratches, edge marks. VF. Unpublished variety of RIC II 841. Unlisted in the new RIC II.3.
