Maximinus I. AD 235-238. Æ Dupondius (26mm, 11.27 g, 12h). Rome mint. 2nd emission, AD 236. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Pax standing left, holding branch and transverse scepter. RIC IV 59; BMCRE 75. Dark brown and red patina, traces of wax (or lacquer), some light smoothing on reverse. Near EF.
