SICILY, Syracuse. Second Democracy. 466-405 BC. Æ Hemilitron (15mm, 2.82 g, 2h). Struck circa 405 BC. Head of Arethousa left, hair in sphendone; dolphin to right (nose barely visible) / Wheel of four spokes; ethnic in upper quarters, dolphins in lower quarters. Holloway, Further, Series 3; CNS 20; HGC 2, 1479. Dark green patina, compact flan, some roughness. Good VF.
