Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear forward; above, manus Dei holding diadem / Emperor standing left on galley, head right; to right, Victory at helm; (wreath)-//?TESΓ. RIC IX -, but cf. 44a-b (for similar issues of Valentinian and Theodosius; LRBC -, but cf. 1836-7 (same). VF, Dark green patina, some porosity. Not in RIC.
