Mysia, Parion. civic issue. 2nd-1st centuries B.C. AE 21 (21.4 mm, 5.48 g, 12 h). Ornate, garlanded altar decorated with bucranium, unusually, rendered fairly accurately in perspective / Π - Α / P - I, ethnic in two lines within wreath. Cf. SNG von Aulock 7429. Rough VF, muddled by over-striking earlier piece of uncertain type; brown patina.
