Commodus Æ Cast Paduan Medallion. After Giovanni Cavino, 1500-1570. •M•COMMODUS•ANTONINVS•AVG•PIVS•BRIT•, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / •P M•TR•P•X IMP•VI•COS•III•P•P•, Salus enthroned left, feeding snake from patera; to left, statue of Bacchus standing right on pillar, in front of a vine, around which the snake is entwined.
