PHOENICIA, Marathos. 221/0-152/1 BC. Æ (21mm, 9.64 g, 12h). Dated CY 108 (152/1 BC). Veiled and draped bust of Berenike II right / Marathos standing left, left arm leaning against column and holding aphlaston in right hand; Phoenician date to left (partially off flan); to inner left, Phoenician gimel above nun; beth to lower right. Duyrat, Ateliers, Series 4, 170 var. (unlisted dies); HGC 10, 193; DCA 830. Earthen dark green patina, slightly off center on reverse. VF.

The control letters on this piece are only recorded with issues of CY 108, but it is possible that the date is either 106 or 107.
