BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Antialkidas, circa 130-120 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 2.35 g, 11 h). ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΝΙΚΗΦΟΡΟΥ / ΑΝΤΙΑΛΚΙΔΟΥ Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Antialkidas to right, wearing kausia. Rev. 'Maharajasa jayadharasa Amtialkidasa' (in Karoshti) Zeus seated facing slightly to left, holding Nike in his right hand and scepter in his left; to left, forepart of elephant left; to inner right, monogram. Bopearachchi série 13A. HGC 12, 259. Lightly toned. Very light doubling on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
