PONTUS. Amasia. Caracalla, 198-217. Tetrassarion (Bronze, 30 mm, 17.11 g, 7 h), CY 208 = 206/7. AY•K•M•AYP•[ANTΩNINOC] Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΑΔΡ CЄ AN AMACIAC MHT NЄ Π / Є-T / C-H Tyche standing front, head to left, holding rudder with her right hand and cornucopiae with her left. RG 65. SNG von Aulock 6705 var. (differing reverse legend). Attractive bluish patina. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, good very fine.
