ΓOPΔIANOC / CЄBA Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right, seen from behind; countermark of pellet within triangle over ear; countermark of K (?) on his neck. Rev. CЄΛЄYKЄΩN TΩ ΠPOC TΩ KA/ΛΥ / ЄΛЄ/ΥΘЄ/PA/C Nike advancing left, with her right foot on globe, holding wreath in her right hand and palm frond in her left. SNG Levante 767 (same obverse die, but differing reverse legend arrangement). SNG Paris 1027-1028 (same). For countermark, Howgego 670. Nearly very fine.
