LYDIA. Tralleis. Circa 166-67 BC. Cistophorus (Silver, 27 mm, 12.51 g, 12 h), Ptol..., magistrate. Cista mystica from which snake coils; around, ivy wreath with fruits. Rev. Two snakes coiled around a bow case; above, ΠΤΟΛ; to left, TPAΛ; to right, Dionysos standing facing, holding thyrsos in his right hand and bunch of grapes in his left. BMC 44. SNG von Aulock 3262. Scrape on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
