Maximianus, first reign, 286-305. Follis (Silvered bronze, 28 mm, 10.26 g, 12 h), Treveri, circa 300-301. IMP MAXIMIANVS P F AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Maximianus to right. Rev. MONETA S AVGG ET CAESS NN / ✱ / BTR Moneta standing front, head to left, holding scales in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. RIC 438b. An attractive example with a dark patina. Minor area of weakness on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
