Commemorative Series, 330-354. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 2.25 g, 6 h), a contemporary imitation of an issue from Treveri, after 332. CONSTAN-TINOPOLIS Helmeted, laureate and mantled bust of Constantinopolis to left, holding scepter over her left shoulder. Rev. Victory standing front, head to left, placing her right foot on prow, holding scepter in her right hand and resting her left on shield; in exergue, TR•S. Cf. RIC 543 (for prototype). Minor deposits, otherwise, extremely fine.
