Gros (Silver, 20 mm, 1.40 g, 1 h). +CTΦN b/B bXaБa БΛ/ΓOBbpPNH/ ЧP bIЄ ('Stefan v Hrista boga blagoverni Car' - 'Stefan in Christ God, the Tsar faithful to God' in Serbian) in four lines. Rev. Christ, nimbate, seated facing on decorated throne and holding book of Gospels with both hands; in field to left, IC over R; in field to righ, XC over V. Jovanovic, SMC, p. 35, 11. Jovanovic, Srpski Srednjovekovni Novac, 11.8.1. Beautifully toned. Some doubling on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
