GAUL. Massalia. Circa 475-460 BC. Obol (Silver, 11 mm, 0.85 g), Phokaic standard. Archaic head of Apollo to left, wearing taenia. Rev. Rough incuse square. Auriol Annexe 2, 9. LT 504. Maurel 108. A lovely piece of beautiful late Archaic style. Somewhat porous, otherwise, good very fine.
