THRACE. Abdera. Circa 386/5-375 BC. Tetrobol (Silver, 14 mm, 2.67 g, 2 h), Philaios, magistrate. Griffin seated left; below wing, AB[Δ]. Rev. ΕΠI ΦΙΛ[ΑIO] Hermes standing right, wearing Petasos; to lower right, astragalos; all within shallow incuse square. May, Abdera, 426. SNG Copenhagen 337. Slightly rough and with some scratches on the reverse, otherwise, nearly very fine.
