SICILY. Kamarina. Circa 420-405 BC. Tetras (Bronze, 15 mm, 3.67 g, 1 h). Facing gorgoneion with protruding tongue. Rev. KAMA Owl standing left, head facing, holding lizard in his right talon; in exergue, three pellets (mark of value). HGC 2, 547. SNG ANS 1225-7. Westermark & Jenkins 194. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, about extremely fine.
