IONIA. Uncertain. Circa 600-550 BC. Trite (Electrum, 12 mm, 4.64 g), Lydo-Milesian standard. Horse to right, head to left and rolling over on to back. Rev. Incuse square punch. Rosen 254. SNG von Aulock 7784. Weidauer 136-137. Extremely rare, a very unusual and highly interesting type. A few scrapes and flan faults, otherwise, very fine.
