The note in blue on red yellow underprint featuring the Bank's Coat of Arms at upper centre, portrait of Schomberg Henry Kerr, 9th Marquess of Lothian at left and a view of Edinburgh Castle at right on obverse and the reverse in blue with an elaborate guilloche panel and view of Edinburgh at centre.
