All in red on multi-coloured underprint featuring Windsurfer at left, Queen Elizabeth II at centre right on obverse and a picturesque scene of a coastline with rocks and Coconut Palm trees on reverse. All printed by Thomas de la Rue and Company Limited imprinted in small script at lower centre on reverse and watermarked with a bust of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. All bearing the signature of Sir Cecil Jacobs, the first Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank. Together with Brunei Government mid 1980's issues (3) all in fresh and crisp UNC comprising 1 Ringgit/Dollar Pick 6c dated 1984 serial number A/29 466317, blue. 5 Ringgit/Dollars Pick 7b dated 1986 serial number A/5 865182, green. And the 10 Ringgit/Dollars Pick 8b dated 1986 serial number A/18 107315, in red. All featuring Sultan Hassan al-Bolkiah I on obverse and as watermark and the reverses illustrating Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin mosque, Bandar Seri Begawan. Very pleasing and desirable in this superb grade
