LYDIA, Maeonia. Pseudo-autonomous issue. (temp.) Trajan Decius, AD 249-251. Æ (19mm, 3.61 g, 6h). Branching vine with a large trunk and two grape bunches / Hercules standing facing, head right, holding cornucopia, lion's skin, and leaning on club. BMC 31; RPC IX –; Gitbud & Naumann Auction 12, lot 379. Dark green patina with earthen highlights/deposits, a few cleaning scratches, holed in antiquity. Near VF. Rare.
