William Barnett (fl. 1786-1824), wax-modeller, gem and seal engraver. Pyke illustrates a later wax portrait. The reverse depicts the story of King Alfred sharing his last loaf of bread with a beggar who, later, proved to be St Cuthbert. The connection with the Prince of Wales seems unclear.
