The medal's obverse previously used on a medal for the Queen's accession (BHM.1019 – see above), with the acknowledgment 'MOD.D FROM LIFE BY P. ROUW'. Parkes Weber also suggests Augustin Dupré as the medallist, but this seems unlikely.
