The Pavilion Collection, Commemorative Medals, George IV, Coronation 1821, copper medal with a trio of white metal medals, by Thomas I. Wells, laureate bust r., GEORGIVS IV DG REX, revs. Fame seated on cloud blows her trumpet, her shield depicts the enthroned King, GOD SAVE THE KING, on ribband below, CROWNED MDCCCXXI, all 40.5mm. (BHM.1100, R3), copper very fine, two white metal extremely fine, though one on slightly bent flan, third with portrait and reverse image picked out in gilt, good very fine; together with a once-gilt white metal cliché of the obverse, very fine, latter two unusual (5)
