Draped bust right / MATER CASTR ORVM, S C in exergue, Julia Domna, diademed and veiled, standing left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted and garlanded altar to left, and holding long caduceus. RIC IV 881 (Septimius). Brown patina, areas of porosity. Good Fine.
